How pricing works at Shikinox
There are three models. A fixed-scope project suits a new app, MVP or a clearly defined feature: we agree a written scope and a fixed price, then invoice against milestones. It is the usual shape for SaaS product engineering and mobile apps. A dedicated team suits a product that needs engineers every day; you pay monthly, per engineer, and the team joins your stand-ups, tools and repo under a senior tech lead (see dedicated teams). Technical advisory is for companies without a full-time CTO, on a retainer or hourly (see technical leadership).
Whatever the model, the same things are included. We sign an NDA before you share any details, and everyone on the project signs one too. You own all code, designs and IP, and it transfers as we go, in your repositories. A senior lead is on the work from the first commit, and you see a demo every week. Shikinox is a registered business with clear invoicing.
Payment terms
Teams are billed with monthly invoices. Fixed-scope projects are billed against milestones. Both are paid by international bank transfer in USD or CAD, and the terms are written into the quote before any work starts.
